These terms cover your use of MemeMoves. They are written to be readable rather than impressive, but they are still the agreement between you and us.
By loading any page on this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. If you use MemeMoves on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
MemeMoves is a free research tool. It reads public blockchain activity on Solana, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain and presents it in a readable form: which wallets are trading, what they bought and sold, which venue filled the swap, and what they still hold.
It is a viewer, not a broker and not an exchange. It never holds your funds, never executes a trade for you and never asks you to connect a wallet. There is no custody of any kind.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not licensed advisors and we do not know your circumstances. A wallet appearing on a leaderboard is not a recommendation to copy it, and profit shown for the past says nothing about the future.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for making sure that using this site, and any trading you do, is legal where you live. Some countries restrict crypto activity, and we do not give an opinion on your local rules.

We work hard to read chains correctly, but the data is provided as it is, with no warranty of accuracy or completeness. Prices on thin pools can be quoted badly, public nodes can return incomplete results, a wallet's history only covers the window we have scanned, and a swap can be misread. Numbers on this site may be wrong or out of date at any moment. Verify anything that matters against a block explorer before you act on it.
The site depends on outside services including public RPC endpoints, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and RugCheck, and it links to block explorers and exchanges. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for them, and their content and availability can change at any time.
Blockchain data itself belongs to nobody and is free for anyone to read. The MemeMoves name, design, written pages and the software behind the site belong to us. You may quote and link to us with credit. You may not copy the site wholesale or pass it off as your own.
The service is offered without any promise of uptime. We may change, pause or shut down any part of it at any time, including removing a wallet from the listing or dropping support for a chain. Since the site runs on free public infrastructure, interruptions and delays in data are expected rather than unusual.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MemeMoves and anyone working on it are not liable for any loss you suffer in connection with the site. That includes trading losses, losses caused by wrong or delayed data, losses caused by downtime, and any indirect or consequential loss.
You use this site at your own risk, and the total liability of MemeMoves to you for any claim will not exceed what you paid us, which for a free site is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
If your use of the site causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it, unless the claim was caused by our own wrongdoing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of MemeMoves is established, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
